Everything restaurant teams usually ask before launching a direct ordering storefront with Growtality.
What exactly is the commission calculated on?
Everything Growtality earns from your referred account: the monthly subscription, plus our transaction commission on completed online orders and confirmed booking deposits. It's deliberately aligned — when your restaurant sells more, Growtality earns more, and you earn a percentage revenue share. It does not include cancelled or refunded transactions.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, via Stripe, once your balance passes the minimum payout threshold. Commission is confirmed after the restaurant's payment clears — refunds and cancellations don't count, because we only win when restaurants actually stay.
What counts as a successful referral?
Any restaurant that signs up through your link or code and becomes a paying customer within the 60-day window. Free trials count once they convert to a paid plan.
Can I offer my clients a discount?
Yes — resellers get a client offer of 10% off the first year / extended trial, so your recommendation comes with something extra. (Confirm before launch.)
Do I have to handle support for my clients?
No. Once a restaurant signs up, our team handles onboarding, training, and support. You make the introduction; we do the work.
