Restaurant Ordering System
Own your orders.
Own your margins.
Own your customers.
Every order you take through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Deliveroo, or any other is building their business — not yours. Growtality’s direct ordering system gives you a branded storefront, seamless kitchen integration, and a customer database that’s entirely yours — at a fraction of the cost of third-party platforms.

THE ORDERING PROBLEM
Third-party platforms were built for their growth — not yours
The convenience they offer comes at a cost most restaurants underestimate until they do the numbers.
30%+ per order — every order, every month
At scale, platform commission is your single largest controllable cost. And unlike rent or staffing, it grows with every order you fulfil — punishing your best trading periods the most.
No branded channel of your own
Customers associate the order experience with Uber Eats — not your restaurant. Your brand, your food, their platform, their customer relationship.
Multiple tablets, multiple headaches
One screen per platform, orders arriving simultaneously, staff switching between devices. Multi-platform management during peak hours is where mistakes — and reputation — are lost.
Menu updates don’t happen fast enough
An item sells out at 7pm but it’s still showing on three platforms. Customers order it, your kitchen can’t fulfil it, and your rating takes the hit.
Direct ordering that works harder for your restaurant
The moments where direct ordering makes a real difference, every week.
01
A family reorders their favourite Friday takeaway in seconds — their usual order is saved, one tap to confirm, done before they've sat down.
02
A regular guest receives a personalised promotion after 30 days of inactivity — automatically triggered, no manual work from your team.
03
A restaurant launches a limited-time menu item instantly — added to the storefront in minutes, live before the lunchtime rush.
04
Guests ordering directly earn loyalty rewards — a reason to come back that no third-party platform can offer on your behalf.
05
An item sells out mid-service — marked unavailable in 10 seconds, gone from the storefront before the next order arrives.

Frequently asked questions
Everything restaurant teams usually ask before launching a direct ordering storefront with Growtality.
Operational / setup
How long does it take to get my ordering storefront live?
Your branded ordering storefront can be live within 48 hours of signing up. Once you’ve completed your menu setup — which takes most restaurants around 30 minutes using our guided onboarding — your store is ready to take orders. If you’d prefer us to handle setup for you, our Done-For-You option has you live within 2 business days.
Do I need any additional hardware to get started?
No specialist hardware required. Orders display on any standard Android tablet or wall-mounted screen — most restaurants already have what they need. Payments are processed digitally through Stripe and PayPal, so there’s no terminal to install. If you want a dedicated kitchen display, any Android device works out of the box.
Can I run pickup and delivery from the same system?
Yes. Growtality handles both pickup and delivery orders from a single dashboard. Customers choose their preferred fulfilment method at checkout, and orders route to your kitchen display automatically regardless of type. No separate tablets, no separate systems.
Payments & financials
How and when do I get paid for orders?
Payments are processed securely at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. Funds typically settle into your account within 2 business days of each transaction. You can view all transactions, payouts, and order history directly inside your Growtality dashboard.
What payment methods can my customers use?
Customers can pay with any major debit or credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal at checkout. All payment methods are available on both mobile and desktop, so customers can order quickly however they prefer.
Is the 1% commission charged on every order, or just certain ones?
Growtality’s 1% commission applies to the gross value of completed online orders only. It does not apply to walk-in covers, phone orders taken manually by your team, or any cancelled or refunded transactions. There are no hidden fees on top of your monthly plan.
Kitchen & fulfilment
How do orders reach my kitchen?
The moment a customer places an order, it appears on your kitchen display in real time — no manual entry, no staff relay required. Orders arrive in sequence with prep time estimates and live status tracking, so your kitchen always knows what’s coming and when.
What happens if an item sells out mid-service?
Mark any item as unavailable directly from your dashboard and it disappears from your ordering storefront immediately — before the next order comes in. No more customers ordering something you can’t fulfil, and no rating damage from unmet expectations.
Can I set different prep times for different menu items?
Yes. You can assign prep time estimates per item or category, giving your kitchen accurate lead times during peak hours. The system uses these to sequence orders on your kitchen display and keep customers informed on their order status.
Menu & customisation
Can I run separate menus for lunch, dinner, or different days?
Yes. Growtality’s menu scheduler lets you create distinct menus for different times of day or days of the week — breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend specials — and switch between them automatically. No manual toggling required during service.
Can customers customise their order — extras, modifications, allergies?
Yes. Your menu can include modifiers and options at item level — extras, portion sizes, sauce choices, and so on. Customers can also add free-text notes to their order for specific requests. Allergen information is displayed per item so guests can make informed choices before they order.
How do allergen labels work on the menu?
You add allergen information to each menu item once during setup, and it displays automatically on your storefront for every customer. If a menu item is updated, the allergen label updates with it. This keeps you compliant and gives guests the transparency they expect — without your team having to field every allergen query manually.
Trust & reliability
What happens if a customer has a problem with their order?
Because orders come directly through Growtality rather than a third-party platform, you’re in full control of how issues are handled. You can issue refunds, apply credits, or contact the customer directly — all from your dashboard. There’s no platform intermediary deciding the outcome on your behalf.
Is my customer data safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. Growtality is built GDPR-first. All customer data collected through your ordering storefront belongs to you — not to us, and certainly not to a third-party platform. Data is stored securely and you remain the data controller. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I use Growtality alongside my existing delivery platforms while I transition?
Absolutely. You don’t have to leave Uber Eats or Deliveroo overnight. Most restaurants run Growtality in parallel while they build their direct ordering customer base — using promotions and loyalty incentives to gradually shift volume across. Once your direct channel is generating consistent orders, you can reduce platform dependency at whatever pace suits your business.
